Temporary homeless shelter: 60×180 feet tension-membrane structure (Sprung Structures) for 100 beds, pre-fab state-approved 12’x90’ modular trailers for hygiene & 24’x40’ trailers for office use. Site improvements include AC paving area with solar reflective coating, new gravity wall, pet area, landscaping and irrigation, and site electrical work. This is a fast track project for the City of LA.
