CARLOS ORNELAS



Senior Project Manager/ Estimator



Carlos with over thirty-five years of experience in the field, he oversees everyday operations of our active projects. In between project management he is bidding projects. Prior to working in the electrical industry, he served as a Seabee in the Navy Construction Battalion. When he is not in the office, he loves spending time with his grandson.



MELANIE BRADY



Corporate Communications



Melanie has been a part of the team since 2018. Assisting with internal communication and business development. She manages our online presence along with communications to our general contractor's internal team to ensure all contract requirements are met. Melanie has her Bachelor's of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from Azusa Pacific University.



EDNA IVONNE



Account Manager



Edna has been with us since the early days of the company, back when we were still Ornelas Electric. She has seen the company grow throughout the years. She manages the company account and oversees financials. Edna is also in charge of vendor account management and invoice organization. We appreciate her help and commitment over the years.



EVELIN VALERIO



Office Assistant



Evelin helps the office staff with everything behind the scenes. She assists with the office side of project management which includes reviewing daily logs and certified payroll reporting. She also helps the account manager with vendor management. She is currently a student at Cal State LA majoring in business finance. Evelin is also Quickbooks Certified.

JUSTIN BRADY



Project Manager



Justin has been a part of the Cemas team for six years. He joined us as an electrical apprentice in 2018. He graduated from ABC Southern California's apprenticeship program and has worked as a Journeyman for us since 2023. He is now on his fourth project working as a Project Manager.



JEFF FRANCE



Project Manager



Jeff is currently the newest member of our team. He has twenty-five years of experience in the electrical industry between field and maintenance work. He is currently working as our project manager running two projects. His experience and knowledge in the field makes him a big asset to the crew.




AUSTIN HOCUTT



Assistant Project Manager



Austin joined the team as a first year electrical apprentice and now is on his fourth year with the Cemas. He is currently enrolled with ABC's Southern California Chapter and is set to graduate Spring 2025. With a wide range of experience, Austin also operates the excavator when needed.




JUSTINO VALERIO



Lead Journeyman



Justino is the longest tenured Journeyman of the crew, going on his 12th year with the company. He graduated from ABC Southern California in 2018. He has played a huge role in the completion of many large scale projects. His experience and leadership plays a huge role for our team.



KEVIN VALERIO



Jr. Estimator



Kevin is a first year apprentice. When he is not out working on the jobsite, he's in the office bidding upcoming projects. He helped secure two project for the company valued at 15 million. Along with bidding he is also in charge of submittals for ongoing projects. He is an asset both on the field and in the office.
