February 26, 2025

Cemas Inc, is part of the construction crew who has been awarded the project to help rebuild Paramount Ranch after the Woolsey blazed through the Santa Monica Mountains in 2018 burning down the historic movie ranch.

The National Park Service is overseeing the rebuild of this project. We are excited to be a part of the team who helps revive the movie making ranch that once shot over 130 films, and bring this place back to life for the public to enjoy.

The construction team is working on four new buildings: -The pavilion, a covered event space for 265 people - Prop Shed, an indoor event space for 100 people - Barn- an indoor event space to for 200 people - Restrooms- To accommodate large events and for everyday visitors. These new structures will be built on the footprints of the original buildings pre-fire and will be used again for future filming.
